<p>A common, external loading conveuor, with a load surface of the sme width and capacity as each reversible conveyor band, can be used to load each lever in turn. A framework on the front of the oven is pref. used to carry the loading conveyor and a receptacle in which oven-cooked prd. are collected. The framework is pref. displaceable vertically to align the loading conveyor and receptacle with any selected level. Each level is pref. closed at the oven front by a pair of swinging plates pivoted on horizontal axes, the lower plate serving as a prod. discharge chute to the level below. When a level conveyor has discharged a load, its drive pref. continues to operate until the area of band awating a fresh load is different from the area which has lost heat to the previous load. Used for semi-industrial batch-loading oven for bakeries, patisseries, biscuit-factories etc. High speed loading and discharging of each oven level is achieved, and fast efficient baking as each fresh batch is loaded onto the hot band surface which does not lose heat to previous batch.</p> |
