The information system comprises a number of printed forms with the first word or two words of a phase stored as a first group and a third fourth and fifth word stored as a second group, enabling expressions such as "WILL- YOU wait till ten" or "WILL- YOU talk in Dutch" to be constructed. The list is stored by an alphabetic system based on a key alphabetic character. A contact pen system is used as a sensitive device to transfer information to a record carrier and to relay it thereby to an auditive equivalent.
