PURPOSE:To obtain an optical fiber material with excellent optical transmission characteristics by means of connecting a reaction tube with rotary tube through a flexible tube, together with making the holding part of rotary drive holding section on the side of reacting gas flowing side to be thick thereby preventing the generation of deformation on the reaction tube.
