<p>Appts. for industrial treatment of waste glass and PVC bottles, to recycle them comprises a rotor-type crusher which grinds up the glass and crumples or tears the synthetic material, and a vibratory sieve with >=2 stages disposed beneath the crusher. The upper stage of the sieve collects the synthetic material, while the lower stage stops the various scrap, only the ground glass passing through the different stages of the sieve. The waste is supplied to the crusher pref. by an inclined conveyor belt of which the lower end is located below a hopper into which the waste is poured in bulk and of which the upper end is located above the crusher. The ground glass, various scrap and synthetic material are each collected at the outlet of the sieve, pref. by a silo disposed beneath the sieve and connected to the respective stage of the sieve by a channel.</p> |
