<p>PURPOSE:To decrease operation cost of exhaust gas refining without deterioration in washing power of a wash solution by the wash of the exhaust gas containing reducing organic and inorganic gas with a washing solution containing Cl<-> and OCl<-> to oxidize the harmful gas, and to regenerate the OCl<-> having been reduced to Cl<-> by the electrolytic oxidation of the wash solution.</p> |
