Workpieces are ejected from a jig after the electrochemical deburring of their outer edges. The workpiece is held down on a jig base by a punch driven downwards and, after deburring, the punch is raised; but the flow of electrolyte is briefly continued in the direction of ejection, pref. upwards, to push the workpiece out of the jig. The base of the jig pref. has feed holes via which the electrolyte is forced upwards for deburring; and a time delay switch is pref. used to control the brief flow of the electrolyte after the punch is raised so the workpiece is pushed upwards. Used e.g. for the deburring of gears, with automatic ejection of the gear after deburring, so it can be removed by hand.
|
