The animal treatment pen incorporates a winding shaft extending in the lengthwise direction of the pen. Straps extend crosswise under the animal. An extra two cross belts are fixed at one end to the frame. The back strps are fixed to the frame and run over a deflector in the same direction as the shaft. Transverse straps, the back straps and the front straps are wound over the shaft. The shaft and an additional lengthwise strut are positioned symmetrically in relation to the centre plane of the frame.
