The wrist watch attachment is used to indicate the times at which medicaments must be administered. It comprises a dial face (11) with a settable hand (17) and a number of index markings (19), which can be moved into required positions around the dial face (11) to indicate the required time points. The dial face is pref. covered by a glass, which has a (13) central opening accommodating the shaft (15) to which the hand (17) is fixed. The other end of this shaft (15) forms a manual setting knob (16). The face comprises a transparent disc on which the dial numerals (12) are printed or embossed and through which the underlying watch face is visible.
