Meat boner with handpiece and cutting tool - with guide along which tool is driven at low amplitude and high frequency

Meat boner comprises a cutting tool which is mounted in a longitudinally extending guide in a handpiece and driven along the guide at low amplitude and high frequency, by mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electric or electromagnetic drive means. The drive means pref. comprises a drive motor with a revolving shaft extending in the direction of lifting of the cutting tool, and a crank drive which is connected to it via an angular gear mechanism and of which the thrust crank acts on the tool. The tool is pref. mounted detachably by a quick-action chuck at its end remote from its cutting edge. The boner allows rapid clean removal of the meat from the bone or vice-versa.
