The switch is intended for electric and electronic equipment, and has a conducting elastic switching element with at least one movable contact spring. The contact spring (6) is in its central zone. The switching element (5) is supported only by its two narrow sides, and is operated by a projection on the push-button. A more elaborate design incorporates two sets of contacts for a double pole system.
