<p>Bonding layer for flat roof elements comprises a stress-equilibrating layer made of a compsn. contg. a plastic or elastic material, interposed between a heat-insulating layer and a mastic roofing skin. The intermediate layer may comprise a self-adhesive mixt. of bitumen and a plastic such as polyethylene, polypropylene, PVA, ethylene-propylene rubber, acrylonitrile-butadiene or styrene-butadiene rubbers. Damage to the roofing skin is obviated. The amt. of synthetic resin in the binder is reduced, and a purely bituminous mastic roofing skin can be used.</p> |
