<p>The container is for measuring instruments and similar equipment, bein of plastics with a hinged lid, and a snap-type catch with hooks engaging together. One hooks mounted on the end of a flexible tongue so as to move at right angles to the path followed by the other. A stop is provided so as to limit the amount of movement of this hook when releasing the other one, and a further sotp can also be provided to restrict movement in the opposite direction. The stop can be in two parts, one formed by sections of the container wall adjacent to the flexible tongue, and the other by one or pref. two blade-type extensions of the tongue, on the sides of it.</p> |
