<p>New medicaments contain 200-750 pts. wt. of urea oxide (I), 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. of an anticoagulant (e.g. dicoumaric and 1-3 pts. wt. of Vitamin P factor (e.g. rutine). Prods. are used for the treatment of dermatological disorders, esp. psoriasis, but also varicose ulcers, localised burns haemorrhoids etc., and are highly active with low toxicity. In tablets contg. 200-750mg (I), 0.5-2.5 mg anticoagulant and 1-3 mg Vit. P factor were administered orally, 1-5 times daily.</p> |
