<p>The table football game consists of a magnetically neutral football pitch on which are figures of players fitted to plates carrying permanent magnets. On the right hand side at each end of the board is a switch board which carries a switch for the forward line, a switch for the back line, a switch for the goalkeepers and a kicker switch. The players are moved by spindle mechanisms. Below the board, which are connected to electric motors. The belt is carried up the field by the figures to be kicked by the figure towards the goal. The ball is kicked by operating the kicker switch which suddenly speeds up the figure for a short period. By adding further switches and spindle mechanisms the formations can be altered to any required football line up to provide a gam requiring skill and fast reactions.</p> |
