PURPOSE:To prevent the application of a load module of charged software to another computer system by converting an inherent system number into a charged flag at every computer system and storing the charged flag into the header part of the load module of charged software. CONSTITUTION:The subject system is provided with a system number storing area 1 to store an inherent system number at every computer system, a charging processing program 2, a job control program 6, an activity queue 13, a load module 14, a loader program 15, a load module library 16, and a system console 17. The inherent system number given at every computer system is converted into a charged flag, and this flag is stored in the header part of a load module of charged software. Thus the load module of charged software cannot be started since the charged flag differs from each other at every computer system. Therefore the application of the charged software can be protected to the computer systems except a due system. |
