<p>A cutter blade for a food processor or chopper has a scimitar-shaped body with a convex cutting edge leading in the direction of rotation about an axis perpendicular to its major faces, one of these faces being stepped to form one or more ancillary edges inwardly of the cutting edge and in different planes of rotation. The several ancillary edges may be separated from one another by surface depressions and preferably lie at an acute angle to the direction of rotation.</p> |
