Soil foundation stabilising system - treats soft ground surface with reinforcing agent continuously to predetermined depth

The system produces a stabilised foundation e.g. at a lake bottom merely by continuous treatment of the soft surface of the ground in order to harden it to a predetermined depth, using a reinforcing agent. The hardened surface can be supported by columns formed by treatment fo the ground underneath and extending to a rock bottom etc. The soft ground can be agitated by stirring machines during introduction of the reinforcing agent. These machines can be moved up and down on guide columns spaced apart for set distances. Their shafts and rotors can be hollow, holes being provided in the latter through which the reinforcing agent is introduced.
