<p>PURPOSE:To improve slide-feeling and slide-noise characteristics by providing transparent parts with different void ratios in the required parts of a positive film pattern so as to achieve variation of thickness of film so that a step is prevented from occurring between resistor parts and between resistor part electrodes. CONSTITUTION:A sheet of plain gauze 2 is stretched over a type composing frame 1, made of metal, etc., and photosensitive emulsion 3 is applied on it and dried, then a positive film 30, on which a pattern of predetermined shape is formed, is brought in close contact with it and exposed and developed to fabricate a screen-printing mask A. In this mask A, film thickness varying parts 5a, 5b with different void ratios can be provided in a void part 4 of the plain gauze 2 to form transparent parts 31a, 31b with different void ratios in the required parts of a pattern of a predetermined shape in the positive film 30 when is becomes a mask. When resistant ink is printed on an insulating substrate 6 by means of this mask A and heat-set to obtain a resistant film 7, the film thickness can be varied between the central part and the end part of the film. Therefore, a step is prevented from occurring between resistor parts and between resistor part electrodes by varying the void ratio of each superposing part of the mask at the parts corresponding to the electrode parts and resistor parts.</p> |
