A minor proportion of the cold air also passes across the unit from an outlet orifice 13 to an inlet orifice 14. When the container 3 is removed, baffles 21 direct all the air across the top of the unit (Fig. 2, not shown). The inclusion of a removable container 3 decreases the direct refrigerating ability of the unit and enables various food stuffs requiring differing cold temperatures to be stored in the unit without loss of moisture. |
