The massage equipment comprises a soft elastic hollow body, open at the front and enclosed by an external stiffer body so as to leave a chamber between them, pressure alterations being generated in the chamber. The inner (2) and the outer (7) bodies are joined together near their for ward end by an elastic membrane (15), so that they can move in relation to each other in the lengthwise direction. Annular folds (14) can be formed in the membrane. The inner body can be shut off from the chamber (6) at the rear end (4), or open to it, and there can be an opening (9), sealed pressure-tight, at the rear end of the outer body.
