<p>Method for mfg. large vacuum-moulded articles of fibre-reinforced resin is carried out by continuous or reciprocating slow rotation of the mould during impregnation and polymerisation. Appts. comprises a frame resting of the ground, with several bogies of which the motorised or freely movable wheels receive a circular chassis for supporting planar walls forming an outer mould, while a counter-mould is positioned on the inside. The counter mould is fixed on the chasis by means of end walls forming he botom and cover, so that a vacuum is obtained when the mould is completely closed, and injection and polymerisation of the resin is allowed by slowly rotating the mould with a continuous or reciprocating motion.</p> |
