Solar energy collector panel - has plane and corrugated walls defining water flow channels with corrugations capturing low incidence angle light rays

The solar energy collector has two walls formed of sheet metal, a fluid to be heated flowing through passages defined by these walls. The lower wall of the collector is plane, its upper wall being undulated. During the early morning and the evening, the suns rays with a low angle of incidence and reflected several times between the adjacent undulations. The collector panel is pref. mounted on a wooden frame, the base and sides of the collector being insulated. A glass panel pref. covers the collector.
