The inflatable boat has cylindrical side walls, and a rigid convex bottom, connected to the lower sides of the walls. The bottom has vertical ribs, staggered in height and symmetrical to the boat centre line. - The bottom (1) is connected via a vertical rib (4) to the cylindrical side walls (2). An additional short vertical side wall can be included part way along the planar bottom wall between the outer sides and the centreline, on each side.
