PURPOSE:To part a shoe having a soft top line and stiff rising and curved parts, from a shoe die in a short time by impregnating and coating both surfaces of a base fabric with different kinds of resins, and by drying and curing the resins. CONSTITUTION:A base fabric 1 such as a woven fabric or an unwoven fabric (for example, polyester fibers) is impregnated, at its one surface, with a rubbery material 2 which gives a soft feeling and an comfortability to a shoe, and then thus coated rubbery material is moderately dried during a period of 3 to 5 hours. Meanwhile, the base fabric 1 is deeply impregnated, at its the other surface, with a hard resin material 3 which can be air-dried by a counter drying time of 24 to 48 hours, and thus impregnated resin material is dried and cured so as to form a counter. Then, thus formed counter is dipped in a solvent, and thereafter, is fitted on a heel part of a die. Further, after drying for 3 to 5 hours, the counter is parted from the die for completing the manufacture of the shoe. |
