The outer conductor-case consists of two screwed together sections and is connected to the inner conductor through a resistor. The resistor is built by the thin film technique on a disc-shaped substrate (11) with a hole for the inner conductor (10). The substrate (11) is mounted in the case (1) section (3) away from the opposite element. An insulating cylinder (23) with a hole (24) for the inner conductor (10) is provided in the case (1) section (2) facing the opposite element. When this part (2) is scresed on the other (3) the inner conductor outer thread (22) is screwed into the cylinder thread.
