PURPOSE:To prevent an outflow of a carbon plastic electrode to a frame material under heat press, by providing a gap causing surplus resin to flow out evenly on a heat press die extending over the whole circumference of the heat press die. CONSTITUTION:The title device is constituted so that a frame body 13, which surrounds a circumferential part of an upward die surface 11a of a lower die 11 and has a rectangular cross section, is provided in a stand-up state and the central part of the top of the lower die 11 becomes a recessed part so as to hold a material of an end sheet electrode. Then a press body 14 obtained by projecting a part corresponding to an inner circumference of a frame body 13 in a tablelike state is constituted on an upper die surface 12b. At the time of heat-pressing of the end sheet electrode within a die space, a resin relief part for discharge of surplus material an flashes is constituted of a gap (t) and a gap comprised of the bottom of the upper die 12 and an end surface of the frame body 13. At the time of heat press molding, he surplus resin flows out through a circumference of the end sheet electrode and forms the flashes. |
