<p>The adjustable door hinge consists of a supporting element (1), the identical guide element (2) and the hinge arm element (3), connected by pin (4). The supporting and guide elements are provided with threaded shafts (5) which penetrate the door drame (6) through openings (7) and are fitted into a flat strip (9) connected to base plate (8). The flat strip (9) is fitted between the enlarged ends of the base plate (8), so that during vertical adjustment both parts are shifted together, while the ledge (10) welded to the frame provides guidance for the movement. The ledge is also fitted with an adjusting bolt (12) penetrating the elongated hole (13) in the ledge. The end of the bolt shaft is provided with a connecting element (14). When turning the bolt (12), the flat strip (9) carrying the supporting elements is shifted allowing horizontal adjustment of the hinge.</p> |
