<p>The external facing wall system, esp. for a building assembled from room cell units of reinforced concrete, comprises panel-shaped elements with structured areas of their visible surface, linked by joint gaps, possibly in the form of a brickwork pattern. Connection between adjacent facing wall elements (5,6) is provided by panels (20,21) of the size of one of the structured areas (16) surrounded by joint gaps (10-13); together with recesses in the visible surfaces of the adjacent elements to accommodate the panels in the structured pattern. The panels are alighed with the elements' visible surface. A gap (17) may be left between panels and structure areas, and between elements. The overall patterned finish is enhanced, more effectively concealing the prefabricated cell assembly system.</p> |
