The closing and locking mechanism is used especially in motor vehicle doors, bonnet and boot lids. All doors, bonnet and boot lids are locked when only one of the vehicles doors is locked when the vehicle is parked. All doors can be also locked when the vehicle is travelling. The lock has energy storage with flywheel (4) driven by a small electric motor (2). The flywheel energy is used for closing or locking the existing locking and closing mechanism by means of transmission elements (6,7,8). The transmission drive is a spur gear train (5,6,7,8) together with rack drive (9,10). A friction wheel drive can also be used.
