<p>In order to be able to test the electronic vehicle control device (21) of an electromotively driven vehicle, after its installation in the vehicle, when the vehicle is stationary and to avoid lengthy test journeys, a testing device (50) is provided in which electronic modules (36, 39) simulate the behaviour of all the controlled systems for which the vehicle control device contains control equipment. In test mode, the testing device is fed on the input side with the control instructions (a30) of the vehicle control device for the vehicle drive and with return information and acknowledgments from vehicle actuators (3a) which are set by the vehicle control device even in test mode. The testing device produces simulated actual value variables (v7*, v8*, i9*) to be input into the vehicle control device, as a result of which the control circuits present in the vehicle control device are closed even during static drive and the real travel conditions are simulated. <IMAGE></p> |
