<p>The filling machine uses a hydraulic motor to operate the dosing assembly, this requiring an accurate number of turns. The motor is fed from a pump, through a solenoid valve. The discharge enters a chamber with a spring loaded piston. The volume of oil pushes the piston back to an adjustable stop. When the chamber is full, the motor stops. The pump still operates and the oil pressure rises. The activates a pressostat and stops the pump. The oil in the chamber is exhausted past another spring loaded piston.</p> |
