The device comprises at least one first component (4) constructed as a carrying strap and at least one shell-like bowl (1), which is adjustably supported thereon as second component. One component, for example the shell (1), exhibits a spheroidal thickening (3), carried by a neck-like projection (2), which rests against a recess (5) in the carrying strap (4). A clamping member (6) at least partially enclosing this component (4) is provided for this purpose. The clamping member (6) exhibits a recess (13, 14) for accommodating the neck-like projection (2). The clamping member (6) is dimensioned in such a manner that it rests against the thickening (3) with pretension and, as a result, this thickening (3) is pressed in the elongated recess (5) of the component (4). This design allows an inexpensive and also visually advantageous device to be produced by using simple means and a small number of constructional parts. <IMAGE>
