<p>The shuttering panel is completely rigid and consists of a skin forming the external face of the shuttering, longitudinal I-section walings and a large number of framing pieces arranged perpendicular to and spanning between the longitudinal walings. The panel also has prestressing rods which tie together the longitudinal sections. Wedges are placed in between the framing pieces and the flanges of the longitudinal walings so that the possibility of any play on the inside of the panel is eliminated. The skin may be of wooden planks, sheet metal or metal-coated laminates.</p> |
