The suspension system for cables is designed to clamp high voltage conductors. Each two V-chain free ends (16,18; 17,19; 20,22; 21,23;) are joined together and connected to phase conductors (24,25) so that one end of at least two V chains (6,7) are each fastened at clamping points, and their free ends are clamped to a third phase conductor (26). In two other variants of the system, two clamping points are fitted to each of the three phase lines. Each uses two V-chains leading from the clamping points in each line and connect with three points on the overhead carrier line.
