Concrete test piece moulds - made of rigid plastics to form e.g. phenolic poam, with harder foam lining

Moulds to support concrete or mortar during the mfr. of test pieces for strength checks on building sites and in concrete factories are produced in a one-piece design with or without a cover from rigid foam. The insides of the moulds can be lined by foam of another formulation to give greater hardness. The moulds can be made of polyurethane, polystyrene or phenolic foam and can be designed to produce cubical, cylindrical, polygonal or slab-like mouldings. Each moulding is pref. stored in a container made of metal or of hard plastics material. Design facilitates the handling, cleaning and assembly of the moulds compared with the operations required for the conventional sectional steel moulds.
