PURPOSE:To provide the title agent effective for prevention and therapy of human hepatic diseases, containing, as active ingredient, a bis(aminothiocarbonyl) disulfide compound. CONSTITUTION:The objective agent containing, as active ingredient, a bis(aminothiocarbonyl)disulfide compound of formula I (formula II represents non- substituted or substituted five to eight-membered saturated heterocyclic group; X is methylene, 2-5C hydroxyalkylmethylene, 1-4C hydroxyalkylimino, 1-4C alkanoylimino or O: A and B are each 0-7C methyl group-branched or non- branched alkylene chain). When to be used, the present agent is administered either rorally as in the form of tablets or capsules or parenterally as in the form of injection. The compound of the formula I can be prepared, as shown in the reaction formulas, by dissolving a cyclic amine of formula III in a solvent. adding A NaOH aqueous solution to the system followed by dripping carbon disulfide into the system under ice cooling to form a compound of formula IV, which is then oxidized. |
