Twin layer solar energy bassin - has lower level for energy storage and transformation with transparent upper layer for atmospheric protection

The solar energy bassin has two layers of fluid one superimposed on the other. The lower level provides a means of storing the thermal energy derived from the sun and has a connecting system for transferring it for its transformation and subsequent use. The upper layer is transparent thus allowing the sun's rays to reach the lower level but protecting it from the atmosphere. The lower level height is defined by the thermal factor to be produced which is itself governed by the amount of sunshine present at any one time. The lower level support base is comprised of a flexible thin sheet of plastic material coloured black for low radiation.
