The bag (1) has a pre-folded and sealed end (2) consisting of a folded-over and adhesively heat-sealed strip (3), a filling end with a strip (5) provided with a fusible adhesive (6), and a thermoplastic inner layer (7) laterally welded parallel to the fold line into the outer bag seal. The inner layer is a separate, free, plastic foil which is secured in the filling opening, and possibly also at the end (2), by means of an adhesive (8). A tear wire (4) may be incorporated at the pre-sealed end (2) between the outer wall of the bag and the folded strip (3). The edge (9) of the inner bag (7) may be provided with a perforation (6) in the area where it is secured by the adhesive (8).
