Needled non-woven fabric... Has arcuate needle-penetration paths formed in its own thickness, the entrance and exit points being at the same face of the fabric. Either curved oscillating needles are used on fabric which is falt or on a convex support, or straight needles reciprocate tangentially to rollers over which the fabric is running.
