A device for indicating the load of a railway vehicle comprises a lever 4 pivoted at 5 to a bracket 2 secured to the vehicle frame 1 and connected by a link 11 pivoted at 10 partway between the ends of the lever 4 and attached to one end 12 of the axle box spring 13 of the vehicle. A spring 7 and rod 8 form four transmission means between the end of the lever 4 and a signal generating device 9 connected to the vehicle frame 1 and which serves to indicate the load of the vehicle. |
