<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate a winding work and to wind a cuff with always specified strength by a method wherein when resilient deformation of a resilient body exceeds a given range, a lever base fixing mechanism is brought into a fixed state or a fixing releasing state in linkage with a lever on the lever base to which the extension protrusion end of a cuff is secured. CONSTITUTION:When a force in a cuff winding direction A is exerted on a lever 10, a force is transmitted to a lever base 9 through the force of a coil spring 12, and the lever base 9 is slid in the cuff winding direction A. Lock claw tips 13a engages, in order, engaging parts 5 in the cuff winding direction A and a cuff collar end part 7b is pulled off in a cuff pull-off part 3, and a cuff 6 is wound around a finger. Along with the winding of the cuff, the coil spring 12 is compressed, and the lever 10 is moved to the lever base 9 in the cuff winding direction A. When a winding force is increased to a propermost value, a protrusion part 11c is nipped between the cuff lock claw tip parts 13a, and even when a further higher force is exerted on the lever 10, the lever base 9 is prevented from being slid in the cuff winding direction A.</p> |
