Adjustable main drive (8) drives main shaft (10) via reducing gear (9), and coupling (47). The main shaft carries branch-off gear (27), with one branch shaft (29) driving shaft (31) via bevel gear (30). Shaft (31) has cam plate (2) keyed-on. The cam plate drives in a reciprocating movement tool carrying slide (3) by intermediary of rollers (32). The guidance of the slide is by means of guide rods (4). Slide (3) has cutting blade holder (25) fitted in vertically slidable manner the holder carries bottom blade (19) and spring loaded sheet clamp (20). On shaft (31) of bevel gear (30) superimposing gear (6) is fitted, designed as a double planetary gearing with a ratio 1:1. Sun wheel (33) is keyed on shaft (31) driving planet pinions (34). The pinions are seated on bracket (35) and ride on the inner toothing (36) and rotate hereby bracket (35) against the rotation of shaft (31). The bracket (35) is fitted with a further set of planet pinions (37) which rotate the sun wheel (38) with identical speed and direction than that of sun wheel (33).
