摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To release the position accuracy required for aligning an optical ax is by using a light emitter containing a light leading part or a light receiver containing a light leading part as a single body parts at the light emitting side or the light receiving side. CONSTITUTION:The light emitting elements 2 are arranged in a line of X1 - Xn along a side 11 in the direction X and also in a line of Y1 - Ym along a side 12 in the direction Y respectively. A light receiver 4a with a light leading part is constituted of alight leading part 41a and a light receiving element 43a. These receivers 4a are arranged along the sides 13 and 14. When a finger touch is applied to a position (2, 2) in the XY coordinates, the light of the light emitting elements X2 and Y2 are blocked and accordingly the corresponding light receiving parts of the light receiving parts 4a re also blocked. Then the light emitting elements are sequentially actuated and a detecting/counting circuit of a driving control circuit 6 is actuated in matching the light emitting timing of the light emitting element at the side of the light receiving element. Thus it is possible to detect the whether light of the specific one of those light emitting elements is blocked or not.</p>
