<p>The packing case is made from a framework of four base members, four top members and four uprights. Each member is joined to two others at the corners. The top rests on the upright (4) and the two top pieces are locked together with a keep plate (6) which is inserted into one plate and bolted into the other. The side panel (1) is fixed by means of the plate fixing screws. The base is arranged to rest on the bottom frame. The side panels may be solid or sectional. The case may be dismantled for storage and transport when empty.</p> |
