<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of an accident due to driving an automobile while listening to an acoustic device by automatically dropping the volume of the acoustic device when a distance up to the preceding vehicle at the time of forward movement or a distance up to an obstacle at the time of backward movement reaches a prescribed distance. CONSTITUTION:At the time of driving the automobile forward while listening stereophonic sound, a control part 8 in a control device 5 compares a distance from a forward vehicle inputted from a forward vehicle distance measuring part 7 with a set inter-vehicle distance previously inputted from an operation part 10. When the distance is shorter than the set value, volume inputted from a volume control part 9 is compared with a previously set volume obtained from the operation part 10. When the current volume is more than the set value, a command for dropping the volume of a car stereophonic instrument less than the set value is outputted to the volume control part 9 to adjust the volume of the instrument less than the set value. When an obstacle exists at the time of backing the vehicle, similar operation is executed.</p> |
