The turning drum may be controlled to turn the sheets, or not to turn the sheets. The printing units each include a sheet transfer drum, and the assembly is preferably arranged so that the axes 10<SP>1</SP>, 10<SP>11</SP> and 10<SP>111</SP> of the transfer drum of the proceeding printing unit, of the transfer drum 7 and of the turning drum 8 all lie in a horizontal plane. |
