PURPOSE:On the inductive substrate on which the central strip conductor of IC for microwave is provided, an inductive metallic piece is arranged;and by using this metallic piece for the micro-adjustment of the circuit, the IC circuit is made to have excellent temperature characteristics and stability against vibration and impact. |
