Mammal shaped fishing lure - has body to which is fixed hook and weight, and sectioned feet imitating swimming movements

The lure has a body (1) and two feet (2,3) each consisting of straight sections. The lure is preferably cut out of flexible material. The angles (4) between the various straight sections of each foot (2,3) allow the desired swimming movement to be imitated. The sections of the feet may have lengthwise grooves or ridges on to increase or reduce the rigidity. The hook (5) can be fixed to the body of the lure, or alternatively and preferably it can be hooked into the thickness of the lures body, with the pointed end of the hook. A weight (6) can be stuck or inserted at any point on the lures body.
