PURPOSE:The program of weighting coefficient is conducted at 1st electric charge transfer section against weighting signal. Then weighting is applied to input signal from the intermediate place of transfer section, and injection is performed to 2nd electric charge transfer section. Thus, a program which can freely change the weighting coefficiency becomes available. |
