PURPOSE:To provide a speed change-over device for recor player, in which an change-over arm equipped with a bulged pulley and with a claw for clamping a belt is moved up and down by means of a cam so as to make it possible to accomplish the reliable speed change-over of a turn table even if a bipolar having a thin shaft and a low price is used.
